Your guide will provide a briefing about the next day's trek and answer any questions.
After breakfast, leave the rainforest zone and enter the heath and moorland vegetation.
Enjoy spectacular views of Kibo Peak and the surrounding landscape. The trail becomes steeper and rockier.

Tackle the famous Barranco Wall - a scramble that looks more difficult than it actually is.
Traverse up and down the ridges and valleys with spectacular views of the southern glaciers.

Arrive at Barafu Camp for early lunch. Rest, hydrate, and prepare your gear for the summit attempt.
Early dinner followed by a comprehensive summit briefing. Try to sleep before the midnight wake-up call.

Reach Mweka Camp (3,100m) for dinner and a well-deserved night's sleep after your accomplishment.

We maintain small group sizes of 2-10 climbers to ensure personalized attention from our guides. For summit night, we maintain a maximum guide-to-client ratio of 1:3. Private climbs can be arranged for individuals, couples, or groups who prefer a more exclusive experience.
The best climbing seasons are January to mid-March and June to October. January-March offers clearer skies but can be colder with occasional rain. June-October has drier conditions and slightly warmer temperatures but more crowds. December offers a short window between rainy seasons. April-May and November are rainy seasons with fewer crowds but more challenging conditions.
